I didn't believe my Mum then, but now I'm not so sure... thinking about it she probably meant 'you are what you eat'....not quite the same as Aristotle.
I definately believe that Aristotle was right. I did eat too many creme eggs back then, but I did offset that by riding bikes, climbing trees and playing football like active kids used to do.
A healthy balance?
