'Stuart has been saving me from my lethargy since I had my first baby 6 years ago. When I finally accepted that I was never going to motivate myself to go to the gym and that, instead, the gym was going to have to come to me, I expected to end up with some humourless health freak who would inflict nothing but pain, humiliation and mindless tedium. Fortunately I found Stuart.
Stuart recognises my limitations and tailors each session to suit my mental and physical condition, my levels of stress and exhaustion and the time I have available. That said it's no easy ride and most of the exercises are designed to push me much harder than I would push myself. Stuart clearly knows his stuff and counters my negativity with a can-do approach and a cheerful and positive personality. He's a really friendly, down to earth guy with a good sense of humour and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to get fit but needs help and support to do so.'

As a semi-professional athlete I’m serious about my sport and the objectives I aim to achieve through regular training.
I was searching for a personal trainer who could provide me with a detailed ‘sports-specific’ programme, not just a generic fitness plan. I got in contact with Stuart and have now been a client for 7 years.
In addition to a comprehensive training programme, Stuart also gives advice on nutrition, rest and recovery and treatment for injuries. I’m very satisfied with the all-round package he offers. The programme has helped me achieve success at domestic and international level, culminating in 2nd place at the 2007 BMX World Championships in Canada.
Stuart’s friendly attitude and general good nature makes training a lot of fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional personal trainer.
